Team Treatment Planning
Treating & Presenting Clinician: Tal Morr, DMD, MSD
Lecture up to 2.5 hours
Multi-disciplinary Topics | AGD Subject Code 149
Some of the brightest minds in dentistry hail from Brazil—and many have already captivated our symposium audiences individually. Now, for the first time, we’re bringing them together as a unified Interdisciplinary Treatment Planning Team: Team Brazil.
They will “face-off” against Team USA, with some of the most well respected and highly accomplished clinicians in North America. In the spirit of collaboration that defines our community, it’s time to embrace the power of synergy. After all, Teamwork Makes Dreams Work.
In this dynamic session, Dr Tal Morr will present a complex restorative case involving a patient with multiple missing teeth, limited posterior support, advanced dental wear, and significant esthetic challenges. It’s a tough case—yes—but one that remains highly approachable for our audience.
Two powerhouse interdisciplinary teams—Team Brazil and Team USA—will go head-to-head in a collaborative treatment planning challenge. Each team will present its treatment approach, showcasing the diagnostic thought process, sequencing, communication, and creative strategies involved in full-arch rehabilitation. So…….How would you treat this patient? Participants will also engage by exploring their own case planning ideas and drawing their own conclusions, before seeing the final team recommendations.
Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:
- Identify key diagnostic considerations in complex restorative cases with posterior collapse and severe wear.
- Compare interdisciplinary treatment strategies for full-arch rehabilitation.
- Align esthetic goals with functional outcomes in complex cases.
- Understand the sequencing, communication, and execution strategies that drive successful interdisciplinary care.
