Foundations of Greatness

Symposium 2026 begins by honoring the mentors, pioneers, and clinical visionaries whose influence shaped the profession we practice todayFoundations of Greatness is about more than legacy, it’s about learning from the past to elevate how we work today.

Sessions will reflect on the principles and practices that still guide us, while exploring how improved team communication, clearer understanding of treatment boundaries, and respect for clinical limitations are essential to achieving optimal outcomes. Today is a tribute to the foundation beneath us and a reminder that everything great is built together.

Elevated by Excellence

Today, we spotlight the present, the dynamic, demanding, and ever-evolving landscape of modern dental practice. This day is about practicing with purpose, embracing complexity, and delivering care at the highest possible level.  Sessions will explore dentistry’s role in navigating contemporary models of diagnosis, planning, and treatment, emphasizing a preventative mindset, clinical appropriateness, and the importance of delivering care that is personalized, purposeful, and responsive to each patient’s overall health journey. With every idea shared and every possibility explored, this day reminds us that the future doesn’t just arrive, it is created by those brave enough to rise and shape it.

Activity: Experience, Create, Connect, Reflect

Join us for a one-of-a-kind afternoon designed especially for our non-clinical attendees, a blend of creativity, connection, and mindful restoration.

The experience begins at our Hat Bar, where you’ll design your very own cowboy hat. Choose from a curated selection of trims, finishes, and branded details to create a piece that reflects your personality. While you sip champagne and mingle with fellow attendees, you’ll also enjoy a series of engaging mini-sessions that celebrate the natural beauty of our surroundings:

A falconer will introduce you to the resident falcon that keeps the property’s skies clear, sharing the fascinating role it plays in the ecosystem.

A professional birder will highlight recent sightings from the grounds and open your eyes to the avian wonders that call this area home.

The property’s gardener and horticulturist will walk you through the medicinal and cultural benefits of local plants, connecting what you’ve seen throughout the week with their deeper meaning.

Once your hat is complete, the afternoon transitions into a Quantum Meditation Hour, a peaceful practice that invites you to step away from the rush of daily obligations and into a place of calm, clarity, and renewal. This session will encourage you to reflect on the week’s experiences, the friendships you’ve formed, and the insights you’ve gained.

You’ll leave refreshed, grounded, and wearing your custom creation, just in time to step into the evening’s Wild West adventure with a new perspective and a hat that’s uniquely yours.

6:00 PM — Dinner & Evening Entertainment

Our closing night is pure magic in the Mummy Mountain Ghost Town, nestled right on the hotel property. As the Arizona sunset paints the desert sky, the old-town western setting creates the perfect backdrop for an evening of rustic charm and lively fun. Enjoy open-fire cooking, the rhythm of a full country band, and the excitement of live line-dancing. Wild West performers set the scene, while glowing fire pits invite laughter, connection, and s’mores shared under the stars. It’s an immersive celebration of the West and the perfect finale to an extraordinary Symposium.
