We recommend booking your hotel room to arrive Tuesday, January 21 and depart Sunday, January 26.
Directors should plan to arrive Monday, January 20th so they can participate in Director’s Day on Tuesday.

The Seattle Study Club exclusive rate of $429-$499 per night at The Ritz-Carlton is available for doctor attendees and requires one doctor program registration per room reservation. Staff members accompanying a doctor attendee or a family with 3+ children are the only exceptions. Any reservations not in compliance will be subject to cancellation.
Be sure to reference the group name Seattle Study Club at the time of booking to receive the reduced rate.
Please understand that in exchange for these exclusive room rates, a nonrefundable deposit equal to four nights’ room rental (plus taxes and fees) will be charged at the time of booking.
You are responsible for your own room and other charges at the hotel. Should you cancel your room, your deposit will be forfeited. Seattle Study Club is unable to negotiate on your behalf with the hotel and will not assume responsibility for your room charges. Please be sure you understand the hotel’s written policy regarding reservation changes and consider travel insurance if snow, bad weather, or COVID-19 may affect your travel plans.
Doctor attendees must register for the doctor program.
Doctor Program
Provides access to all presentations Wednesday–Saturday; meals, including 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners; and all entertainment events.
Non-Clinical Program
Provides access for a non-doctor guest, spouse, or staff person accompanying a registered doctor to all non-clinical presentations, offsite tours, and keynotes Wednesday–Saturday; meals, including 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners; and all entertainment events.
Meals & Entertainment
Includes 7 keynotes in clinical program Wednesday – Saturday; meals, including 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners; and all evening entertainment.
We encourage all attendees to protect their investment and purchase travel insurance that offers cancel for any reason coverage.
Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email to events@seattlestudyclub.com on or before the dates shown below to be effective. A full refund is available before August 1, 2024. (Canceled registrants are not entitled to receive Symposium materials, gifts or any other items that may be provided to the attendees.)
Before August 1, 2024: Registered attendees will receive a full refund.
August 1-September 1, 2024: $300 retained, remainder refunded.
September 2-November 1, 2024: 50% retained, remainder credited toward Symposium 2026.
After November 1, 2024: No refund or credit.
The cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to communicable diseases and unforeseen personal or world events. We strongly encourage you to protect your investment with travel insurance.
This website represents the speakers booked at the time of meeting announcement; however, speaker cancellations occasionally occur for reasons beyond our control. In the event of such an occurrence, speaker substitutions may be made without prior notice.
A doctor must sign up for the clinical program in order to attend Symposium. Programs such as Meals and Entertainment, Non-Clinical, or Staff are available only to a non-doctor guest, spouse, or staff person.
