Anterior Immediate Tooth Replacement: Lessons Learned Over 29 Years
Lecture up to 0.75 hour
Implants | AGD Subject Code 690
Anterior implant esthetics represents one of the most challenging procedures in dentistry. Creating implant restorations with harmonious gingival contours that emulate natural dentition is a fusion of both science and art. A deep understanding of the biologic and physiologic limitations of soft and hard tissue is essential to achieving predictable outcomes—ranging from simple to complex esthetic situations.
This presentation focuses on current philosophies and methodologies for treating anterior tooth loss. It emphasizes diagnostic and treatment planning, surgical protocols, prosthetic design, and complication management to support optimal anterior esthetics.
Upon completion of this session, the attendees should be able to:
- Prognostic keys for predictable anterior immediate tooth replacement
- Management of socket with compromised facial bone
- Hard and soft tissue grafting in the esthetics zone
