Mastering Clinical Excellence and Optimizing Entrepreneurial Excellence: A 50-Year Perspective
Lecture up to 0.25 hour
Practice Management & Human Relations | AGD Subject Code 550
We are incredibly fortunate to have the esteemed Dr John Kois join us as a special guest to share his inspiring journey. Dr Kois will reflect on his five decades in dentistry, offering a unique perspective on how the challenges facing newer dentists today are vastly different — and, in many ways, more complex — than those he encountered when he began. With 31 years of experience at the Kois Center, Dr Kois has seen firsthand how the profession has evolved and will share how today’s younger dentists can navigate the changes and challenges they face, while mastering both clinical and entrepreneurial excellence.
Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:
- Understand the evolving challenges faced by newer dentists today compared to those experienced by earlier generations, and gain strategies for overcoming these challenges in both clinical practice and entrepreneurship.
- Identify ways to leverage both clinical excellence and entrepreneurial skills to navigate the changing landscape of modern dentistry, ensuring long-term success and adaptability in practice.
