From Complexity to Clarity: Digital Tools for Interdisciplinary Smile Rehabilitation
Lecture up to 1 hour
TBD
In the world of complex smile transformations, orthodontics and restorative dentistry can’t afford to work in silos. This lecture unites both disciplines under one digital umbrella — showcasing how comprehensive planning in Exocad and 3D platforms allows you to visualize, design, and execute even the most challenging interdisciplinary cases with confidence.
From managing severe wear and altered occlusal planes to coordinating tooth movement for restorative space, discover how a digital workflow simplifies complexity, enhances predictability, and elevates collaboration between specialists and restorative dentists.
Upon completion of this workshop, attendees should be able to:
Understand how to digitally integrate orthodontic simulations, facially driven smile design, and restorative planning to manage complex interdisciplinary cases with precision and predictability.
Learn to sequence treatment digitally — from tooth movement to final restoration — to improve communication, minimize clinical complications, and enhance esthetic and functional outcomes.
