Discovering Your Working Genius (Deep Dive with Assessment)
Lecture up to 2.5 hours
Self-Improvement | AGD Subject Code 770
In the first session, we explored why connection breaks down and how to bring it back. Now it’s time to discover how you personally are wired to connect, contribute, and collaborate best.
In this hands-on deep dive, you’ll go beyond learning about connection—you’ll discover why some activities feel effortless while others always wear you down. After completing a short assessment, you’ll bring your personal results into the session and uncover what kinds of work give you energy, what tends to drain you, and how your unique wiring shapes the way you interact with others.
Through discussion and real-life application, you’ll learn how to lean into your natural wiring, avoid unnecessary frustration, and finally understand how to better work with people who think, and act differently than you do. This isn’t just about work—it’s about understanding yourself in a way that improves every relationship and makes collaboration more effective, whether at home, with friends, at school, or in the office.
Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:
- Discover which kinds of activities give you energy—and which ones wear you down.
- Understand how to better work with (and even enjoy!) people who think, and act differently than you do.
- Walk away with practical ways to lower frustration, strengthen relationships, and find more joy in everyday life.
