Dr Jason Souyias and Mr Cameron Full are owners of Referral Lab.
Dr Jason Souyias has been an SSC director for over 7 years. Jason’s passion for his profession is reflected in his desire to share it with others. He is a former Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Periodontology and Hygiene, at the University of Detroit Mercy and is a co-owner and co-founder of Referral Lab business analytic software. Dr Souyias regularly educates dentists and hygienists by giving presentations and in 2023 became a faculty member at the Pikos Institute. He frequently presents to groups on business practices and periodontal therapy.
Anyone who has seen him speak can feel his passion for his work. Dr Souyias is also in full-time private periodontal practice in Port Huron, MI. His office is known for their amazing case acceptance and communication skills, as well as their incredible patient experience.
Cameron Full is a highly educated and experienced business professional with a diverse background in business management and digital solutions. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University, where he focused on organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, and organizational theory. His dissertation on Bricolage was presented at the Midwest Academy of Management Conference.
Cameron also completed an International Leadership Program at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, a Masters in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at The University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Iowa.
As a business professional, Cameron is an intuitive problem-solver with expertise in business management and digital solutions. His skill set blends leadership, creativity, and technology with consultative experience across various market segments. He excels at envisioning necessary technologies, developing and implementing technology models, and delivering measurable results. His project management approach is grounded in creative-critical thinking, efficiency, measurable data results, and visual design proficiency, ensuring successful outcomes.
Jacklyn Khanpara has nearly two years of experience in the dental field, Jacklyn brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and community-building skills to her role as the Club Coordinator for the Comprehensive Care Club. Passionate about fostering growth and collaboration, she is dedicated to creating an environment where professionals can come together to learn and share knowledge.
In addition to her role as a coordinator, Jacklyn works on the clinical team at Dr Souyias periodontal office, where she has gained firsthand insight into the intricacies of patient care. Her prior experience in hospitality has further sharpened her natural abilities in leadership, communication and attention to detail, skills that have proven invaluable in managing and growing a successful study club.
