This course will emphasize the importance of collaborative care for patients with oral diseases with various medical specialists. We will discuss how different specialties will be involved in managing diseases and show real life examples of a team approach to treating patients and their diseases.

Dr Ashleigh Briody is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her DDS from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. She completed her Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology residency at The Ohio State University, where she earned a certificate and master’s degree. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. She currently practices at Ohio ENT and Allergy Physicians, in Columbus, Ohio.
