Interdisciplinary Digital Workflow Deep Dive: Unlocking the Power of Scanning, Planning & Performing across Ortho, Surgical & Restorative Cases
Lecture up to 1 hour
Multi-disciplinary Topics, AGD Subject Code 149
Today’s digital tools don’t just make dentistry faster—they make it better, more predictable, and more interdisciplinary than ever before. In this immersive session, Dr. Karla Soto will guide you through a full-spectrum digital workflow—from scanning to planning to performing—that bridges orthodontics, surgery, and restorative care.
You’ll see how to leverage technologies like iTero Lumina and Invisalign Smile Architect to unlock treatment possibilities ranging from minimally invasive ortho-restorative cases, to combination cases with implants, to fully digital All-on-X workflows. Through real patient cases, Dr. Soto will break down the diagnostic thought process, team communication strategies, and clinical protocols that streamline even the most complex cases.
Whether you’re new to digital dentistry or looking to elevate your comprehensive workflows, this lecture will expand your capabilities—and your confidence—when integrating interdisciplinary care in your practice.
Upon completion of this workshop, attendees should be able to:
- Map a scan-to-delivery digital workflow coordinating ortho, surgical, and restorative steps.
Use visual simulations to enhance diagnosis, planning, and patient acceptance.
