Lecture up to 0.75 hour
Self-Improvement | AGD Subject Code 770
As artificial intelligence transforms how we live and work, Kevin Joyce—performer, leadership coach, and expert in human connection—invites audiences to explore what it truly means to stay human in an AI-dominated world. In this dynamic keynote or immersive workshop, Kevin draws on decades of experience guiding leaders, educators, and healthcare professionals through stress, change, and communication challenges. He helps participants examine the rising toll of digital fatigue and disconnection while offering practical strategies to reclaim empathy, creativity, and critical thinking.
AI holds immense potential, but it also risks eroding the emotional, relational, and ethical capacities that define human intelligence. Kevin challenges audiences to preserve what machines cannot replicate: curiosity, presence, adaptability, and purpose. With humor, insight, and actionable tools, participants walk away energized and equipped to lead with heart and clarity—strengthening not just their own resilience, but their communities and organizations as well.
Upon completion of this session, the attendees should be able to:
- Identify core human attributes such as empathy, presence, and critical thinking—that support effective leadership, team cohesion, and patient trust in an AI-enhanced clinical environment.
- Apply practical strategies to reduce digital fatigue, improve interpersonal communication, and cultivate resilience amid rapid technological and organizational change.
